Thanks to all of you that filled in our Guest Feedback forms. We’ve compiled all your responses and have made your “wishes” a reality!
STAGE 1 RENOVATION – COMPLETED AUGUST 2008
As of August 2008, we upgraded some of our Courtyard rooms and created a new category called “Corporate Courtyards”. We’ve adapted them to better suit your needs and we’re sure you’ll enjoy the changes.
- Renovated bathrooms
- Bigger, flat-screen TVs
- Wireless internet access
- Updated furnishings
What we haven’t changed is the king size bed, crisp linen, Austar access, air-conditioning and great hospitality!
STAGE 2 RENOVATION – COMPLETE END OF SEPTEMBER 2008
At the end of September 2008, we will be introducing a BRAND NEW room category called “Corporate Waterfronts”. That’s right, it’s aimed at the business traveller that needs a little more space and luxury at a competitive price. Expect to see:
- Renovated bathrooms
- Bigger, flat-screen TVs
- Wireless internet access
- Updated furnishings
Again, we haven’t touched any of the things you like ... such as the great views of the Mersey, the spacious interiors, and incredibly comfortable beds!
STAGE 3 RENOVATION – COMPLETE EARLY OCTOBER 2008
This will be the most obvious change you’ll see when you visit us next. The exterior is getting a “face lift” so that it’s just as attractive outside as it is inside.
Our Function Room has also had an upgrade with investment in better furniture and a “spring clean”.
